PE Department

The Physical and Health Education Department focuses on providing fulfilling and engaging experiences for all students through a variety of learning activities related to health and well-being.  Our program offers students an opportunity to expand their understanding of various concepts, skills, and approaches to improve their fitness and foster an appreciation for an active and healthy lifestyle.  Students will participate in individual and team games, dance, first aid training, fitness activities, and outdoor opportunities.
