    Auditorium Unveiling: Electric Circus!
     
    Happy New Year Staff, Alumni, PAC and Parents!
     
    Kitsilano Theatre Company is proud to present ‘’Electric Circus’ which is a three night dance party (30th Grade 8-10, 31st Grade 11-12, 1st 19+/Adults) to unveil the new auditorium to the school and city:
     
    What: Kitsilano Theatre Company Presents ‘Electric Circus’
    Where: Kitsilano Secondary School Auditorium
    When: Tuesday January 30th (Grades 8-10), Wednesday January 31st (Grades 11-12), Thursday February 1st (19+, Staff, Alumni, PAC, Parents) 7:00 – 9:00pm
    Price: $10.00 for student events, $15.00 for Thursday Event
    Details:
     
    -          This is a dance party so be prepared to dance for an hour and a half. Live singers, dancers, musicians and actors will be putting on a set that is made to show off the new space and get everyone dancing!
    -          It is a ‘black and white’ event meaning that we are requiring the audience to wear black and white only each night!
    -          The first 100 tickets purchased each night will receive a free gift to wear during the night.
    -          Parents wishing to see the event are welcome on the 19+ evening. Come out and enjoy a night out!
    -          #KitsElectricCircus
    -          There will be an elevated VIP section each night with seating for $20.00 / ticket if you would prefer to sit and enjoy the show and have servers available for you throughout the night.
    -          Tickets will be on sale starting Monday in the ticket box office outside the auditorium at lunch.

    Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest
    ·         Yiming (Michael) Tan won medal for top student at school
     
    ·         Luke Mantle was in the top 25% of all contestants Canadian wide and earned a certificate of distinction.
     
    Canadian Intermediate Mathematics Contest
    ·         Steven Xu won metal for top student at school
     
    ·         Catherine Wang, Miya Riordan, Yiannis Cunning, Samuel Petrina, Leonard Fang, and Aidan Madokoro were in the top 25% of all contestants Canadian wide and earned a certificate of distinction.
