Graduation Transitions is a mandatory four-credit graduation requirement for a British Columbia Dogwood Diploma. One of the tasks required of you is to collect evidence in the area of personal health (150 minutes per week of moderate/vigorous daily physical activity). If you are enrolled in Dance/PE this school year, your DPA requirement for Grade 11 will be met and you will not have to submit DPA logs.  If you are not enrolled in Dance/PE, to assist you in your evidence collection in Grade 11 of your DPA requirement, keep your own records of your DPA AND submit your DPA via the online form below for each term:

Online Post Secondary Institution (PSI) Selections For Students

The online PSI Selections Form is now available for students graduating in the 2016/17 school year. This online form should only be submitted by Grade 12 students who expect to graduate this school year and are applying to a post-secondary institution for September 2017 admission.

 Instructions for the Online PSI Selections

Additional information about PSI Selections can also be found on pages 130 and 131 of the 2016/2017 Handbook of Procedures for the Graduation Program.

 School Secure Web Login

 Students access the online form by logging into the Student Secure Web (SSW),, and clicking the menu option "Post Secondary Institutions Selections".

  • ​Information about creating a Student Secure Web (SSW) account or resolving forgotten passwords can be found on page 2 of the PSI Selections Instructions document.·
  • Students who have forgotten their password and have not logged in to their SSW account in the past year must recreate their account using the “Create Account” link – a password reset is not required.
