IF YOU ARE A CURRENT VSB STUDENT, please DO NOT COME TO DRPC for changing your address during the summer. Please follow instruction below:

1). For elementary students if your new address is outside the current school's catchment area, please wait for the current elementary catchment school to reopen at the end of August to update your address. Once this is done, you can apply to the new elementary catchment school.

2). For secondary students, please check with the school regarding your address changes and their office hours during the summer.

3). If your new address is in the same school's catchment area, you can update your new address with the school office when your child returns to school in September.

4). Please bring the following documents for address change:

  • New rental agreement or property purchase agreement (with subjects removed). Schools may request a recent bill as well.
  • Proof of your identity WITH photo, such as a passport or citizenship/PR card.  *Note: A drivers' license may NOT be adequate.
