2018 Student Learning Survey: Parents/Guardians of students in Grades 4 and 7 are invited to complete an Internet Electronic Anonymous Survey any time before April 27th. Please see attached for how to complete the survey. Students in grades 4 & 7 only will complete the survey at school.
Returning to JQ? Please let the school know by May 15th, 2018 if your child(ren) will no longer be returning to JQ in September 2018.
Running Shoes: Please ensure that your child has proper footwear for their gym period. We will not let students participate in their physical education class without them. The students often forget and want to play without shoes. This will not be allowed for safety reasons. Please remind them to bring their running shoes when needed.

Beauty and the Beast
A props appeal from "Beauty and the Beast".
We are putting together an "Inventor's Cart" for "Beauty and the Beast".
We are collecting anything that looks "fantastic" or "out of the ordinary." Anything that moves or whirls or twirls, elevates, moves sideways. Anything that looks like a crazy inventor dreamed it up. Things made out of Lego or Meccano, Tinker Toys, building blocks, kitchen gadgets, any household gadgets, whirring motors, old toys that move. Components from old games. We will attach these items to a 4x3 cart.
We also need blocks of Styrofoam, old broom handles, duct tape.
We also need a BIG (oversized) wooden chair (for Gaston). We also need a trestle table about 4 feet high (or a narrow, long table of some sort).

Jules Quesnel is once again hosting Link 2 Life to provide a babysitting course for students in grade 6 or 7. Registration is limited so please do not delay!
